FAQ

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please aim to arrive 10 mins early to ensure your pre-float information is complete and allowing you to disconnect before your float beings.

 

WHAT DO I BRING?
We strongly suggest that you float in the nude as this is going to allow you the best experience, although if you may bring swimmer, comb/brush and anything else that makes you feel comfortable.

 

I’M CLAUSTROPHOBIC, CAN I STILL FLOAT?
You are in control the whole time during your float, for ease of mind you may float with the lights on and the music on for your first few floats. You also choose to have the lid open or closed, all of this is your decision, so yes you can still float.

 

PREP FOR FLOAT?
Please avoid shaving/waxing before floating. We ask that you have no hair and skin products on when you come to float and please avoid coffee or stimulants before you float.

 

I’M PREGNANT, CAN I STILL FLOAT?
Most definitely you can float, if you are past the first trimester. If you have any concerns then please consult your doctor prior to floating.

 

CAN I FLOAT AFTER DYING MY HAIR OR HAVING A SPRAY TAN?
We ask that you allow at least 1 week (or 3-4 washes) and same with spray tans to avoid damaging the tank.
